Budget and Cost/Trainee

The following will be considered:

  1. Whether there is a clear budget indicating what the CBTF is going to acquire (goods, technical support, supplies, services, minor civil works and operational costs) and when the acquisitions are going to take place (yearly and total budget);
  2. Whether the cost calculations, especially for goods (like equipment) are realistic and include, for example, in addition to the cost of the equipment:
    • maintenance and parts for the program's duration
    • insurance for program's duration, and
    • training to operate the equipment, if required
  3. Whether there is a measure of cost/effectiveness, information that becomes very useful when comparing two or more proposals providing training for the same occupation and competing in the same cycle.
