Proposals will be assessed to determine whether there is clarity about the institutional arrangements agreed between the firm/company and the training provider for the implementation of the proposal.
One key aspect pertains to the roles, attributions and responsibilities of the different players involved in the execution of the proposal (also included in the operational description section of the proposal). Proposals will also be assessed to determine whether they include a basic financial management arrangement and reporting mechanism.
