In order to be eligible for funding from the CBTF,
1) Proposals must be submitted by a partnership of at least one private sector, for-profit employer and one training provider that are independent third party organisations.

Employers:
- must be registered or incorporated in Barbados; and
- provide evidence that they have been operating prior to January 1, 2014.
Are you a small business or entrepreneur? You can join with other businesses or your trade association and submit a joint proposal in partnership with a training provider.
Training providers:
- can be public or private; local, regional or international,
- must be registered or incorporated in their home country (local training providers need to have proof of recent National Insurance Scheme compliance);
- and must have operated prior to January 1, 2014.
