Partnership Overview
Intimate Hotels of Barbados (along with Elegant Hotel Group and Professional Security Solutions Ltd) have partnered with Career Development Institute to increase capacity in the areas of Security Services, Customer Service, Reception Services, Occupational Health and Safety and Management in the Hospitality sector.
The programme is aimed at training, assessing and certifying up to 172 existing and potential (including retrenched) front line staff and management and potential employees. The candidates will be trained in Industrial Security Operations Level 2 CVQ, Customer Service Level 2 CVQ, Management Level 2 CVQ and Occupational Health and Safety Level 2 NVQ.
