Partnership Overview
The BHTA and the Potter Centre have collaborated for Positioning For Effective Leadership and Management in the Hospitality Sector. The programme goal is to enhance the leadership competencies and effectiveness of 300 managers and supervisors in the Barbados hospitality industry, enabling sustained service excellence experiences by our visitors and guests, and ultimately contributing to the growth of the tourism sector in the Barbadian economy. The candidates will be trained in either Management Level 2 or 3 depending on the scope of their responsibilities.
