Partnership Overview
The Barbados Youth Trust and Bico Ltd have partnered with CILC Action Coach to deliver Strengthening the Entrepreneurial Spirit and Contribution towards Economic Growth to owners/ managers of Small to Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs).
The programme’s aim is to fill the skill gaps, especially in the area of customer service, lead generation, budgeting and financial mastery, leadership and team building. It also teaches key concepts such as goal & vision setting, business strategy, systems formulation and leverage.
The course is mapped to the Developing New or Existing Business Enterprise Level 3 NVQ.
