Partnership Overview
The Barbados Animation Partnership project is the result of collaboration between West-Toonz Inc and BIMAP. Its aim is to build the skills and capacity of local human resources necessary for Barbados to meet high quality output and strict deadlines demanded in the animation industry.
The project seeks to train 48 West-Toonz employees and potential employees (including the unemployed) over 2 years in the entire animation process, from concept to finished product.
To date 42 candidates are currently being trained in Animation Level 3 NVQ.
