Partnership Overview
Guardian Life and BIMAP have partnered to deliver competency based training to 81 employees in the areas of customer service, management, accounting and leadership over 2 years. This rich training programme will see some members receive multiple courses of training to develop more well-rounded human resources and more effectively realize organizational goals.
Candidates will be trained in Customer Service Level 2 or 3 NVQ, and Management Level 3 NVQ.
